This is based on the fanfiction Requiem for a Loud, here's the link if you wanna read it www.fanfiction.net/s/12081598/…, the fanfic is written by UnderratedHero.
This scene is taken from Chapter 18, Lola and Lana are by this point the only siblings unaware about Lincoln upcoming demise, so Lincoln decides its time to tell them that he wont be around for much longer, so he takes them to the park, where the twins play, but later they get in a fight after Lola dress gets ripped, Lincoln manages to put a stop the fight and admits to the twins that he will die, of course they dont take it well at all, with Lola planning to take Lincoln back to the hospital to be cured, because she doesnt want to lose him, but Lincoln tells her that there is nothing that the doctors can do.
Again like many fanart based on fanfictions, i draw those on how i saw the scene on my head, so i could've easily gotten things wrong, but i like how it turned out.
